When accepting the goods, the Buyer must carefully check its quantity, quality and assortment for compliance with the accompanying documents and the order. After signing the sales receipt, the Buyer loses the right to make claims that can be identified during the acceptance of the goods. The warranty obligations of the Seller do not apply to goods that were assembled by the buyer independently (not by the Seller's specialists). Also, the warranty does not apply to damage to the goods received during self-delivery and lifting of the goods. The buyer does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality having individually defined properties, i.e. if the product can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it.
The return or exchange of goods is possible provided that the packaging, presentation and consumer properties of the goods, as well as commodity and cash receipts are preserved. In this case, we guarantee you a refund of the full cost of the goods (minus the shipping cost). In case of refusal of the goods or part of the goods upon delivery, the customer pays for the delivery services if the cost of the purchased goods is less than the threshold of free delivery. The funds will be returned within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the moment our employees receive the goods and the application for its return (provided that the documents are properly executed).
The refund method is the same as the payment method.
The terms of the exchange of goods depend on the availability of goods in stock and can be individual for each product. The deadline for each product must be clarified with our manager.
The procedure for returning the goods is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law "On Consumer Rights Protection".
