• The cost of delivery consists of courier delivery of the order and lifting to the floor.
• Delivery of large orders (several items of furniture) can be carried out in batches, depending on the terms of readiness of the goods for shipment.
• You can bring furniture into an apartment (office) only if the width of the doorway is at least 75 cm, and the width of the corridor and other rooms is at least 120 cm. The discrepancy between the width of doorways, corridors and other rooms to the specified dimensions is not a reason for refusal of the goods. The removal of doors and the rearrangement of objects when furniture is brought in is paid separately.
• If you decide to refuse the product, you can return it within seven days, however, you will need to arrange delivery to our warehouse in Moscow or pay for return shipping.

DELIVERY IN MOSCOW Free delivery by our own courier service for all orders worth more than 150,000 rubles in Moscow within the MKAD within 2-5 days.

• Payment in cash or by card to the courier, non-cash payment on the website when ordering.
• From 10:00 to 21:00 daily (specify a convenient time in the comments to the order).
• Available intervals: from 12:00 to 17:00 or from 17:00 to 21:00.

RATESFor orders worth more than 150,000 rubles. within the MKAD, delivery is free.

• For orders up to 150,000 rubles. within the MKAD - 5,000 rubles.
• For orders up to 500,000 rubles outside the MKAD - 5,000 rubles + 60 rubles/km.
• Waiting for the client at the address is 1,500 rubles/hour.

MANUAL CARRYINGIf there is no access of cargo transport to the unloading point (more than 10 m), manual carrying is paid separately.

• Manual carrying of 1 place for every 10 m - 200 rubles.

RISE TO THE FLOORIn the absence of a freight elevator, the lifting of medium and large-sized goods is paid separately.*

• Lifting of medium-sized goods (banquettes, dressers, mattresses, etc. weighing up to 40 kg.) - 350 rubles./ floor for 1 place.
• Lifting of bulky goods (sofas, cabinets, armchairs, beds, etc. weighing more than 40 kg.) - 500 rubles/floor for 1 place

• From 2 to 7% of the cost of the goods, depending on the complexity and cost of the goods. The final cost of the assembly is determined by the delivery department.
• Protective covering of the floor covering with corrugated cardboard - 300 rubles/ sq.m. 
• Removal or removal of packaging material - 500 rubles.
• When ordering the assembly, the removal or removal of packaging material is free of charge.

• You can pick up the order from our store or from the warehouse after the manager confirms that the order is ready.
