In extreme cases, a small company logo can be applied directly to the packaging or attach a business card to it. The best solution for business people of both sexes is decorative interior items: figurines, sculptures, collectible models of vehicles, globes, book holders, desk accessories, rare copies of books, posters, etc. These are the most neutral groups of gifts that will be appropriate in any situation. If you want the item you presented to stand out spectacularly against the background of other presents, it is worth buying elite business gifts created by eminent designers in single copies. Do not forget to remove the price tag from the box, as the mention of the cost in our country is considered inappropriate. But in the USA, on the contrary, it is customary to pack a receipt, so that the owner of the gift will be able to exchange it if he sees fit.

There are nuances in the donation procedure:

  • at the first meeting, the present is initially presented by the host;
  • products should be selected approximately equivalent in value;
  • after receiving a gift, it must be removed from the package and only after that say the words of gratitude;
  • a self-signed accompanying postcard is considered good form;
  • the text is fairly standard: greetings, congratulations and wishes;
  • if a gift is being prepared for a representative of another nationality, then the card should be signed in his native language;
  • when receiving a gift through the secretariat or protocol services, it is mandatory to express gratitude to the donor by phone or in writing.
